General overseer- this is the head of all the decision making bodies of the ministry.
As in the final authority of the church after Christ.
He is to make sure that the practices of the church is strictly bible based .he also
sees to ordain ministers of the church.
Pastoral board ––this comprise of all ordained ministers of the church who are in
active service of the L.C.E.M.
They are to feed the church with the word of God in whole.
Trustees- this is a body of faithful people upon whom the church is built in every
country. They are to nominate members for the congregation for the conformation
of the general overseer into the lord service such as pastors, elders, deacons etc.
They control the churches financial activities such as signing of cheques, and
payments for the improvement of the church
